Need To Cancel An Order?

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

How To Cancel

• Log into your account.
• Visit "My Orders."
• Select the order.
• Click "Cancel Order."

Alternatively, contact customer support with your Order ID.

Refund Timeline

• Prepaid Orders: 5–7 Business Days
• UPI/Wallet Payments: 2–5 Business Days
• Credit/Debit Cards: As per bank processing times

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the Return & Exchange Policy.
